As a Clinical Services Director RN at Edgewood, you’ll set the tone for the entire clinical department. We are currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and fun-loving individual to be responsible for providing excellent resident care, supporting our staff and facility while helping create a "home-like" ambience.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain appropriate resident care
- Assess current and prospective residents
- Participate in care conferences with families
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies
- Hire, train, and supervise clinical staff
- Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
- Needs to be comfortable and proficient with computer charting and able to learn the company's clinical software program, ALIS
You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:
- Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BSN, desired
- Three years clinical experience
- Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desired
- Professional and courteous to all residents, families and staff
- Previous experience supervising staff
- Passion and drive for helping others, along will occasional help on the floor
- Be able to problem solve, think outside of the box and multitask
- A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
