Your Role
- Provide exceptional, resident-centered nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and fellow nurses
- Support your team and jump in where needed to ensure excellent resident care
- Help create a positive environment for residents, families, and coworkers
We're Looking For
- Active Arkansas RN or LPN license in good standing
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable professionals who enjoy working as part of a team
- Nurses who take pride in providing quality care and supporting those around them
