Your Role as an LNA (Once licensed):
At Edgewood Center for Rehab and Healthcare, your role as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) would be to:
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Maintain resident dignity and comfort through compassionate care
Promote a safe and caring environment, working collaboratively with the nursing team
Monitor and document vital signs, observations, and resident concerns
Support residents' physical and emotional well-being, fostering a warm and respectful atmosphere
