Home office location will be in Oak Ridge, TN. This position is full time in-office with occasional business travel.

Responsibilities Include
- Support development of costs, schedules and technical proposals for firm fixed price construction projects in the Government Services Division.
- Work closely with teams of subcontractors, engineers, and project management personnel to develop turnkey solutions for complex nuclear construction projects.
- Work with an energetic and diverse team to grow current business and participate in identifying new potential clients and partnerships.
- Work closely with clients and internal executive leadership to drive business directives.
- Create and implement strategies to achieve company goals and expand the current market footprint.
- Present and demonstrate technical solutions to current and potential clients.
- Support the development and maintenance of strategic partnerships.
- Generate proposals and presentations.
- Monitor and report on business development activities to internal leadership.
- Participate in industry events and conferences (will require occasional travel).
- A bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline required
- Relevant internships or co-ops highly preferred
- 0 to 3 years of work experience
- Experience utilizing AI models
- Strong written and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Strong desire to be in a Sales Engineering or Business Development role
- Strong work ethic – highly motivated and willing to do what it takes to get the job done right
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be a US Citizen
