Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of vacation rental properties, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest communications, and property maintenance coordination
- Manage property leasing processes, including screening tenants, executing lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local laws
- Utilize proprietary property management software to handle reservations, data entry, billing, and reporting tasks efficiently
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained, clean, and compliant with safety standards; oversee facilities management activities
- Handle legal administrative tasks related to landlord-tenant law, and lease contracts with transparency and accuracy
- Develop and implement and maintain marketing strategies to maximize occupancy rates through upselling amenities and promoting available units effectively
- Manage conflict resolution between guests or tenants by applying conflict management techniques and maintaining professional communication at all times
- Maintain detailed records through established filing systems and CRM tools. Ensure all documentation is current and accessible
- Provide excellent customer service via phone etiquette, email correspondence, and in-person interactions to foster positive guest experiences and repeat business
Experience
- Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a focus on vacation rentals or residential leasing
- Familiarity with property management software.
- Knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and legal contract administration
- Strong background in customer service, conflict management, negotiation skills, and upselling techniques to enhance revenue opportunities
- Office experience involving data entry, filing systems, facilities management coordination, and administrative support functions
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette; ability to build positive relationships with guests, owners, vendors, and team members
