Position: Maintenance Person
Hours: Part time – Up to 20 Hours per week
Experience : At least one year of building maintenance, Plumbing experience preferred, handyperson an asset
Pay: Starting $20.00 / Hour
Key Responsibilities
· General cleaning/power washing sidewalks · General yard work · Minor maintenance duties · Handles necessary repairs and maintenance · Reports to the Board of Directors (BOD) · Follows written and verbal instructions from the BOD · Uses power, hand, electric, and plumbing tools · Must have driver’s license and clean driving record · Background check will be required · Coordinating third party contractors as required · Other duties as assigned
