Responsibilities
- Translate IT related data, information, and knowledge into easily digested guidance for end-users to consume and utilize for troubleshooting and assistance.
- Produce and manage content such as technical documentation summaries, user guides, FAQs, newsletters, intranet articles, and presentations.
- Ensure all communications comply with IT governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Apply expertise in Knowledge Management (KM) tools and deploy information management and content management strategies and experience.
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of Knowledge Management (KM) strategies.
- Comprehend and recognize key barriers to KM behavioral change and develop effective change management programs.
- Analyze business processes, interview stakeholders, and evaluate strategic and IT plans to develop KM programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline and a minimum of 6 years of directly related experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the duties.
- Related experience may be substituted for relevant education and vice versa.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Experience working in enterprise IT environments or with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and information Technology communication best practices.
- Experience with multimedia content creation (video, podcasts, webinars).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with IT and business teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
- Experience in a highly regulated industry or government sector.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and experience working with creative teams.
