Through strategic outreach initiatives, our team plays a crucial role in promoting and representing our client’s brands to their target audience. In this Sales Associate role, you will work with fellow associates to execute strategic outreach initiatives and facilitate the enrollment process for new customers.

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

  • Utilize targeted residential outreach techniques to optimize new customer enrollment and generate revenue for our clients.
  • Serve as the face and voice of our clients' brands within the local community, educating prospective customers on their values and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day responsibilities of our outreach campaigns with the objective of engaging as many prospective customers as possible.
  • Educate prospective customers about our clients' brands, products, and services.
  • Interact with potential customers, initiating conversations and building rapport with the goal of acquiring new customers.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our clients and their ongoing campaigns.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective customer engagement and the delivery of key brand messages.
  • Sociability, friendliness, and approachability, which are crucial attributes for success in this role.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Building relationships and connecting with individuals is a fundamental aspect of the client relations role. Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to adapt to different personalities, are essential for creating positive customer experiences.
  • Presentation and Public Speaking Skills: The sales role involves presenting to both large and small groups; therefore, strong presentation skills, including public speaking and the ability to articulate key messages clearly, are valuable assets in this role.
