Join EdgeUP Technology as an Outside Sales Executive and become the trusted technology advisor to South Central Pennsylvania's most discerning homeowners and businesses. Based out of our state-of-the-art Experience Center in Lancaster, PA, you'll sell cutting-edge smart home and commercial automation systems to an exclusive clientele who demand the very best.
This is an in-person role requiring frequent presence at our Lancaster showroom.

Your Mission
As our Outside Sales Executive, you'll be the architect of relationships with high net worth individuals who are transforming their homes and businesses with state-of-the-art technology. You'll be selling more than products – you'll be delivering peace of mind, luxury, and the ultimate in convenience.
The Ideal Candidate
Essential Experience:
- Proven track record in luxury goods, high-end real estate, financial services, or premium B2B sales
- Demonstrated success with sales cycles involving $50,000 transactions
- Experience building relationships with C-suite executives, business owners, or affluent individuals
- Strong prospecting skills with the ability to generate your own pipeline
- Established connections in Chester County's building and design community preferred

Primary Responsibilities
Business Development (60% of your time):
- Leverage Chester County connections to penetrate Main Line luxury markets
- Build referral partnerships with high-end builders and custom home professionals in Chester/Delaware counties
- Develop relationships at prestigious gatherings and executive organizations along the Route 30 corridor
- Create and execute territory plans focusing on Wayne, Malvern, West Chester, and surrounding affluent communities
- Cultivate relationships with estate managers and luxury real estate professionals
Consultative Selling (30% of your time):
- Host clients at our Lancaster Experience Center for immersive technology demonstrations
- Conduct sophisticated needs assessments for complex home and business automation projects
- Design custom technology solutions that enhance lifestyle and property values
- Present proposals that articulate ROI and lifestyle benefits to decision makers
- Navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes with patience and professionalism
Relationship Management (10% of your time):
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients for future projects and referrals
- Coordinate with our installation team to ensure flawless project execution
- Serve as the client's advocate throughout the entire experience
Location Requirements
This position is based at our Experience Center in Lancaster, PA. While you'll spend much of your time in the field building relationships, you must be available to:
- Host client presentations and demonstrations in our showroom as needed
- Attend weekly team meetings (remote attendance available)
- Access demo equipment and sales materials
- Collaborate with design and installation teams when required
- Participate in training sessions and product launches
Ideal candidates will reside in Chester County - perfectly positioned between our Lancaster headquarters and the affluent Main Line market. This location provides optimal access to high-end builders, architects, and interior designers serving the Wayne, Malvern, West Chester, and greater Philadelphia luxury markets while maintaining an easy commute to our Experience Center when needed.
