Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate significant changes in resident condition to physicians and families
- Complete resident assessments and maintain accurate documentation
- Administer medications while following the Five Rights of Medication Administration
- Perform wound care and ongoing assessments when required
- Monitor residents for condition changes and respond appropriately
- Assist CNAs with call lights and resident care when needed
- Provide leadership on the unit and help guide the care team
- Report any suspected abuse, neglect, or misappropriation according to facility policy
- Maintain accurate and timely resident charting

Required Qualifications:
- Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a long-term care environment
