Responsibilities
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
Process payroll accurately and on time, including timecard review and payroll reporting
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and healthcare employment regulations
Maintain personnel files and HR records accurately and confidentially
Coordinate employee benefits, leaves of absence, and related documentation
Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership on HR-related matters
Support employee relations, performance management, and workplace engagement
Partner with leadership to foster a respectful, team-oriented workplace culture
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous HR experience (healthcare or long-term care preferred)
Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team
