We’re passionate about design, quality, and innovation, and we’re currently seeking a Fit Technician to join our fast-paced design and fit tech team.
Position Overview
As a Fit Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the fit, function, and quality of our apparel meet our high standards and align with our brand identity. This role requires technical precision, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live fit sessions and evaluate fit and construction.
- Review, measure, and evaluate production samples against technical specs.
- Provide clear and timely written feedback to overseas vendors.
- Collaborate with design, production, and technical teams to resolve fit and construction issues.
- Identify potential production, quality, and design challenges early in the development cycle.
- Maintain consistent and accurate documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
- Meet strict production and development timelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in apparel technical design or garment fitting.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fit standards, and grading.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven.
- Team-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
Work Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
This is an on-site position in Los Angeles. Remote work is not available.
