About the Role
We are seeking a Tradeshow Sales Representative to represent our brands at national and regional trade shows. This role combines sales, account relationship management, and hands-on trade show execution/sales. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced team environment, have a strong customer service and sales focus, and be willing to travel extensively throughout the year.
Core Responsibilities
- Travel extensively to represent Blu Pepper, The Workshop Studio, and JOA at trade shows (setup, breakdown, and sales).
- Drive sales by presenting collections, scanning orders, and building strong customer relationships.
- Maintain and grow account relationships by introducing new products and ensuring satisfaction.
- Prepare for trade shows, including coordinating samples, packing, and booth setup.
- Follow up on orders, adjustments, and customer requests post-show.
- Maintain product knowledge to confidently present and answer questions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales goals and ensure smooth execution.
- Uphold professionalism and represent Edgemine’s brands with integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, or related field a plus).
- Previous apparel trade show or wholesale sales experience strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage accounts effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
- Comfortable with extensive travel (trade show circuit).
- Computer proficiency (experience with order entry systems is a plus).
- Familiarity with apparel and fashion terminology.
