The Training & Onboarding Coordinator supports hands-on training and education for non-technical retail team members across Edgeless Beauty Group brands, plays a key role in New Hire Orientation Week, and supports retail hiring efforts. Essential Job Functions:
- Facilitate and coordinate New Hire Orientation Week for retail team members, including scheduling, materials, and facilitator coordination
- Deliver hands-on training on service standards, systems, and product knowledge to non-technical retail team members
- Track new hire training completion and onboarding progress in UKG
- Assist in maintaining the education and training calendar across brands
- Provide logistical support for in-person training sessions (room setup, materials, sign-in sheets)
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires during their first weeks, ensuring a welcoming and supportive onboarding experience
- Maintain accurate training documentation and records in employee files
- Support communication of training updates and schedule changes to team members and leadership
- Assist with special training and education projects as assigned
- All other administrative support as needed
Required Technical Skills, Education, Experience, Training and/or Credentials:
- Background in teaching, training, coaching, or education preferred
- 0–2 years of professional experience; entry-level candidates welcome
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable speaking to and engaging groups
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); willingness to learn UKG and other internal systems
- A strong desire to serve and support others
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Fast-paced, guest-facing environment across multiple locations
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Travel between EBG locations may be required
