Substation Program Manager

Edged
Irving, TX Full Time
POSTED ON 10/1/2025
AVAILABLE BEFORE 10/30/2025

Opportunity

Edged is seeking an accomplished Substation Program Manager to lead the planning, construction, and delivery of high-voltage substation projects supporting Edged’s growing network of data center campuses across the U.S. This individual will play a critical role in managing the full lifecycle of substation development—including utility coordination, permitting, engineering, procurement, and field execution.

This role demands close coordination with EPC partners and key internal stakeholders—including the Construction Director, Design Team, and Head of Energy Strategy—to ensure utility infrastructure is delivered in alignment with campus-wide milestones. The Substation Project Manager will lead field execution, oversee contractor performance, and be accountable for maintaining safety, quality, and schedule integrity from construction through energization. They will also manage project tracking, reporting, and timely escalation of risks and mitigation strategies. Success in this role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

The Substation Program Manager needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, can think strategically, and works equally as well independently as with a team. Edged values efficiency and strives to maintain smooth operations. We do prefer that this individual is located in the Dallas- Fort Worth Metroplex, but we are open on location.

When it comes to staffing Edged and all groups within the Endeavour Ecosystem, we are highly selective about the people we bring on board because our ecosystem depends on it. Endeavour’s unique business model and ability to cut through red tape means change and progress happens quickly. We must be able to trust one another to be honest, communicative, strategic, reliable, and driven. We seek ultra-creatives and superstar performers with a sense of humility and a hunger to make a positive impact in the world. We offer flexibility and endless growth opportunities to those who can harness their skills and talents and identify how and where to use them to add value. Growth in the ecosystem means expanding outward, not upward, because there is no corporate ladder to climb. Your path is in your hands, and Endeavour’s team is here to support our companies, innovators, and change-makers. At the heart of the ecosystem is a diverse group of bright, passionate, dedicated people, working together to make a real difference. Are you ready to join the journey?
