About the Role
The Field Technician operates, monitors, and maintains gas migration control/recovery systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Routine wellfield balancing and maintenance.
- Routine blower / flare operations.
- Condensate management system operations and maintenance.
- Field sampling including wells, probes, headers, blowers, flares, pumps, etc. at multiple locations.
- Surface emissions monitoring as well as operation, calibration, and maintenance of various analytical and monitoring equipment.
- Perform maintenance activities such as greasing blowers, cleaning tanks, fusing pipe, and repairing pumps.
- Collect and evaluate/interpret scientific data; Communicate observations and technical data verbally and in writing with supervisor and clients.
- Perform work independently or as a team member in a professional manner, while adhering to the principles of Edgeboro International Inc. safety culture.
- Record and maintain daily field logs reporting data collected, field observations, actions taken, and recommended actions to be taken.
- Being able to read maps and construction plans as well as understanding elevation drawings is extremely helpful.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma and 1 year of general working experience.
Required Skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to understand and follow regulatory requirements related to this line of work.
- Valid driver’s license with a driving record in good standing is required.
- Must meet physical requirements for driving (pick-up truck), walking inspection of improved and unimproved property.
- Lifting and carrying equipment/mechanical components (up to 50 lbs. unassisted), hand excavation/digging (using shovels/picks), carrying, and climbing ladders, operating and working from man lifts, operating electric tools (drills, saws, etc.), using hand tools (screw drivers, wrenches, hammers, etc.) and providing services under varying weather conditions.

- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time
