The PLM Program Director is responsible for leading and governing large-scale Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) programs across multiple geographies, stakeholders, and workstreams. This role owns end-to-end delivery, client engagement, financial performance, and strategic roadmap execution for PLM transformation initiatives.
The Program Director acts as the single-point accountability for program outcomes, value realization, compliance, and customer satisfaction, while aligning delivery with business objectives and enterprise architecture.


Required Qualifications
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
20 years of IT / Digital Program Management experience, with 12 years in PLM programs.
Proven experience leading large, global PLM transformations, Migration programs ($10M programs).
Strong understanding of PLM processes: NPI/NPD, BOM management, change management, configuration, document control.
Hands-on experience with at least one major PLM platform (Teamcenter / Windchill / 3DEXPERIENCE / Agile).
Solid experience in client-facing roles, including executive stakeholder management.
Strong financial acumen with experience owning program margins and commercials.
Experience in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Manufacturing, or Automotive domains.
Exposure to regulated environments and validation-led delivery models.
PMP / PgMP / SAFe / ITIL certifications preferred.
Experience working in global delivery models (US Europe India).
