Summary

The EUC Transition Program Manager will lead end-to-end End User Computing (EUC) service transitions, ensuring seamless transfer of people, processes, tools, and knowledge into a new operating model. The role is accountable for transition planning, execution, governance, and stabilization while maintaining service continuity and business confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead EUC transition programs covering Service Desk, Desktop/Laptop Support, Field Services, IMACD, and endpoint environments
• Develop and manage transition plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Drive knowledge transfer, documentation validation, and operational readiness
• Manage rebadge/rehire transition scenarios to ensure continuity of skills and services
• Establish transition governance, reporting, and executive communication
• Identify, track, and mitigate transition risks and issues
• Coordinate across vendors, security, and operations teams
• Lead hyper care and stabilization, ensuring smooth handover to steady-state delivery

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience delivering EUC service transitions in enterprise environments
• Strong project/program management expertise with complex, multi-stakeholder transitions
• Solid understanding of EUC technologies and support models
• Ability to lead under tight timelines with minimal service disruption
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• Experience in large-scale or outsourced EUC delivery models
• Strong experience in EUC transitions
• Proven project/program management background
