We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through effective territory management. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for customer service, with the ability to engage clients in various industries.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop strategic sales plans to effectively cover assigned territories.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide insights on customer needs and preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance client value.

Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments.
