We are a local, therapist-owned company headquartered in Sarasota County, FL that values work-life balance. Our team provides quality speech and language services to clients in office, private schools and homes throughout Sarasota County and elementary schools throughout Florida.
We are looking for a full-time Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for the Manatee County School District for the 2026-2027 school year.
Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and conduct therapy for speech and language clients
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with school/parents and other healthcare professionals on the team
- Educate families on techniques to reinforce speech therapy goals at home
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes
- Stay updated on current research and best practices in speech therapy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Florida SLP license
- Pediatric experience
