About the Role:

The Site Manager plays a vital leadership role at our high school-serving after-school teen center. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting teens, thrives in dynamic environments, and leads with empathy, clarity, and purpose. As the heartbeat of the site, the Site Manager cultivates an inclusive, teen-centered space where students feel seen, valued, and inspired to grow.

The Practical Stuff:

• Hours: Generally Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–5:00 PM during the school year (30 hrs/week); reduced summer hours (10 hrs/week)
• Location: EDGE@West Teen Center, 9363 Centre Pointe Drive, West Chester, OH 45069 (located within MidPointe Library West Chester), Offices are at 7568 Wyandot Lane, Liberty Township, OH 45044.
• Start Date: Summer 2026
• Compensation: Starting at $40,000 annually $500/month health reimbursement (ICHRA) = $46,000 total package, dependent upon experience.
• Time Off: Follows the Lakota School District calendar, with up to 3 paid personal/vacation days (coverage required), plus flexible sick/bereavement time with supervisor approval. In short, you have a holiday break, spring break and wildly reduced summer hours.
