Edge Technology Consulting, LLC a growing technology consulting company located in Westerville Ohio has an immediate need for a full-time Helpdesk Technician. We are currently looking for a full time Helpdesk Technician with very strong communication skills and experience working with Microsoft Windows 10 and up. Mac experience is also helpful. Experience troubleshooting client applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, anti-virus, etc...) and providing end user support on these types of applications is required. Experience with application installation and troubleshooting is also a requirement of the position. Industry certifications are a strong plus. Willingness to learn new technology in a fast paced environment is critical.
This is a full time position. Onsite client visits are NOT a requirement of this position.
