Responsibilities
- Engage with customers on route to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage automobile transportation logistics, including route driving and safe loading/unloading of merchandise
- Conduct merchandising activities, including product placement and inventory management at retail locations
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client interactions, and route schedules using organizational skills
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail store sales, customer service, or related fields; military experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and basic math for accurate transactions and calculations
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting while adhering to safe lifting practices
- Excellent organizational skills for managing schedules, routes, and client information
- Experience in merchandising, client communication, and upselling techniques
- Additional skills such as military background, automotive transportation expertise, or retail store experience are advantageous
