Edge Pools, LLC is now hiring and looking for an experienced and dependable Pool Service Technician to join our expanding team. In this position, you’ll have opportunities for advancement and growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience and skills in conducting daily outdoor pool services for scheduled appointments while utilizing pool chemicals. This job requires high standards relating to work performance and outstanding company image. In this role, candidates will have the ability to clean and maintain pool filtration equipment, be able to properly adjust chemicals, and diagnose issues. Edge Pools overall success is determined by customer satisfaction and relationship building. Candidate must possess vital customer service, time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Maintaining Pool Chemistry and operation of chlorination and filtration systems.
-Troubleshooting pool circulation and equipment.
-Detecting leaks, cracks, and corrosion.
-Recommendations on pool equipment when needed.
-On the job training.
-Load, unload chemicals and equipment from assigned trucks.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS OF THE POSITION:
-Outside work experience.
-At least 3 to 4 years as a licensed driver, without any significant infractions.
-Transportation to the shop is required*
-Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
-Possess strong organizational skills with a positive attitude.
-Certified Pool Operator (Preferred not required).
-High School Diploma or GED (Required).
-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis, able to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
-Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability, and visual acuity.
-Must be able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
