Location: Mansfield & Shelby, Ohio (Must be able to work at multiple facilities)
Compensation: $19.00 per hour $1.00 shift differential
Duration: This is a seasonal position October through January 2027
Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Tuesday through Saturday
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, experienced tow motor driver/dock worker to join our fast-paced warehouse and distribution center team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in loading, unloading, and moving freight efficiently while maintaining a safe work environment across our regional locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a tow motor (forklift) safely and efficiently within a busy warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trailers, stage freight, and organize inventory.
- Transport goods between storage areas and loading docks.
- Comply with all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and warehouse procedures.
- Adapt to different facility locations in the Mansfield and Shelby areas as operational needs require.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent tow motor experience working specifically within a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Reliability: Must possess dependable transportation to travel between multiple work locations in Mansfield and Shelby.
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to consistently work the 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM shift, Tuesday through Saturday.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and remain active for the duration of an 8-hour shift
