We are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Physical Therapy Manager to join our growing team at Edge Physical Therapy. This leadership position oversees three outpatient clinics located within active country club communities in the Punta Gorda and North Fort Myers areas —within a 20 minute drive radius. Edge Physical Therapy partners with leading country clubs and communities across Florida to bring high-quality outpatient care directly to where people live and play. This position balances approximately 30 hours of patient care per week with 10 hours of administrative and leadership responsibilities. Primary Responsibilities

·        Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient, empowering them to exceed their functional goals

·        Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs

·        Provide approximately 30 hours of direct patient care and 10 hours of administrative and leadership time weekly

·        Oversee daily operations across three clinics within country club communities, ensuring strong communication and consistency in care

·        Track and report weekly and monthly performance metrics (visits, outcomes, productivity, and growth goals)

·        Manage therapist schedules and coordinate with front office staff to maintain optimal workflow and patient satisfaction

·        Meet and exceed clinic and area budget goals through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices

·        Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, clinicians, physicians, and the broader community

·        Lead by example — fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

·        Doctorate or Master’s Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program

·        Active Florida PT license (or eligible)

·        Minimum 3 years of outpatient experience preferred

·        Previous management or lead therapist experience a plus

·        Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

·        Passion for mentorship, patient care, and driving clinic success
