We are seeking a Director of Marketing & Business Development with deep expertise in Google Ads, keywords, and analytics — specifically in the medical space — and a strong working knowledge of peptide therapy and regenerative medicine.

• Develop, execute, and optimize Google Ads strategies to drive patient acquisition, brand awareness, and clinic growth.
• Stay current on advancements in peptide therapy and regenerative medicine; integrate new, evidence-based approaches into clinic offerings.
• Lead clinical operations with a focus on patient care excellence and operational efficiency.
• Identify and execute opportunities for business growth, service expansion, and increased market share in the Nashville region.
• Maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical representatives and compounding pharmacies to ensure highest quality and purity standards.
• Manage budgets, analyze P&L statements and COGS, and ensure profitability.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, certifications, and licensure requirements.
• Train and develop staff in peptide therapy and regenerative protocols.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Health/Wellness, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• No medical license required, but must be well-versed in peptides and regenerative medicine.
• Required:
• 2 years in business management (healthcare preferred)
• 2 years managing Google Ads campaigns in the medical space
• 1 year working with peptide protocols
• 1 year working with stem cell or exosome therapies
• Preferred: Leadership experience in healthcare or clinical setting.
• A4M affiliation and Seeds Certification highly valued.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
