This position is ideal for a Realtor, Lender, or highly motivated individual looking into Real Estate as a potential career path. Job duties will consist of working closely with the Branch Manager and Loan Officers on their marketing needs. Marketing efforts will be primarily targeted towards engaging Realtors to work with Loan Officers within the branch. This will consist of primarily in office work, along with some remote work, and outside of the office meetings at Real Estate offices, Lunch and Learn Events, Happy Hours, etc. Compensation is an hourly rate plus bonus potential on loan files closed
Job Description and Requirements:
- Social Media Content Management: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok
- Realtor engagement and marketing of listings
- Database Management
- General Office Duties
Job Requirements
- Outstanding personality and communication skills
- Video Creation and Editing Experience
- Experience with Canva, Flyer Creation, and PowerPoint
- Work closely with the Branch Manager and other Loan Officers in the branch on various file and marketing needs
- Passion for Real Estate
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly
- Job will consist primarily in the office, however will have out of office events, reliable transportation is necessary
Compensation:
- Hourly plus a per file bonus on all loans closed
