Duties
- Plan, organize, and execute themed birthday parties tailored to each guest's preferences, ensuring a lively and engaging experience
- Coordinate with guests, and parents to confirm event details, timelines, and special requests
- Manage all aspects of event setup and teardown, including decorations, activities, and food service arrangements
- Lead party activities with enthusiasm, maintaining high energy levels to keep children entertained and engaged
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Oversee food service operations during parties, ensuring safety standards are met and guests are satisfied
- Take payments for Birthday parties
- Manage and staff all birthday parties
- Training Birthday Party staff
Requirements
- Proven experience in events management or hospitality environments, especially with children or in resort settings
- Strong conflict management skills to handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively
- Excellent customer service and guest services skills to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for families
- Ability to speak confidently in public settings and lead group activities with enthusiasm
- Previous experience in food service or theater is a plus for creating engaging party experiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Be able to work well with others.
- Ability to enforce Edge and birthday party policies
