RN to have an AZ state license, a nursing license from any state of the United States of America is acceptable. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association is required.
Shift Information:Day/Night Shift 11.5 hr shifts per 2 wk pay period, every other weekend
