Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team, where creativity blossoms and every arrangement tells a story. In this dynamic role, you will craft stunning floral designs for a variety of occasions, including weddings and special events. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a passion for florals, and the ability to bring clients’ visions to life through beautiful arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Design and create floral arrangements for weddings, events, daily orders, and special occasions
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand clients’ style, preferences, and budget
- Prepare, process, and care for fresh flowers and greenery
- Maintain quality, consistency, and creativity across all designs
- Assist with event setup, installation, and breakdown as needed
- Keep workspaces clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations
- Problem-solve creatively and remain calm in fast-paced or changing environments
Qualifications
- Previous floral design experience preferred (formal training a plus)
- Strong sense of color, texture, and composition
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
- Ability to lift, stand for extended periods, and work weekends and holidays as needed
- Willingness to work long hours during peak seasons, including weekends
