Senior Tax Resolution Case Manager
We're looking for an experienced Senior Case Manager to join our growing Tax Resolution team! If you're organized, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
We're a small team with a great culture where everyone works together to help clients get through difficult tax situations. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for your clients, making sure they know what's happening every step of the way while working closely with our Tax Professionals to move cases forward.
Think of the position as similar to a paralegal—you'll gather documents, keep cases organized, communicate with clients, and help make sure everything stays on track until the case is resolved.
What You'll Be Doing
- Be the primary contact for your assigned clients
- Collect and organize financial documents and tax information
- Review client files and help prepare cases for our Tax Professionals
- Keep clients updated on the status of their case
- Work closely with our team to keep cases moving efficiently
- Track deadlines and make sure clients stay compliant
- Provide excellent customer service while managing multiple cases at once
What We're Looking For
- Previous tax resolution experience is strongly preferred
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication and people skills
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8-hour shift
- In-office position (not remote)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
