What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Scheduling Coordinator position at Edge Dental Management?
We are looking to hire a team member for our administrative office and call center in Chester, NY.
As a member of our call center you will collaborate with multiple dental practices to streamline their scheduling and follows ups. Strong communication skills - both in writing and over the phone - are integral to the job.
In addition, you will be assisting the office with insurance needs such verification and data gathering. Knowledge of dental insurance is important, but more important is a positive attitude and strong work ethic. You must also be able to organize information well and multi-task.
