Customer Service Representative
Location: Edge Dance Center – Cinnaminson and Lumberton, NJ

Edge Dance Center is seeking a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our students and families. This position is ideal for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a team environment, and has a passion for dance or the performing arts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist families in person, by phone, and via email with professionalism and warmth
- Provide accurate information about classes, registration, tuition, and studio policies
- Maintain and update student records using our studio management software
- Support enrollment by assisting new and returning families
- Promote upcoming events, performances, and seasonal programs
- Help organize and support studio events, recitals, and competitions
- Coordinate with instructors and team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree or coursework in dance/performing arts a plus)
- Prior customer service experience, ideally in a studio, school, or family-focused setting
- Strong computer and tech skills — familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and studio management software preferred
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
- A team player with a can-do attitude and an appreciation for the arts
