Job Summary: Century Cabinets, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative with Construction experience. The ideal candidate will act as liaison between Century Cabinets and builders/superintendents/sub-contractors to assure excellent completion of all orders.

What You’ll Do: You will:
- Act as Liaison to Customers (Field Personnel/Superintendents/Sub-Contractors).
- Schedule Homeowner Warranty and Service work as required.
- Field measuring and assessment of installs.
- Will finish touchups and adjustments as needed.
- Assist with any other duties as assigned by management.
What You’ll Need:
- Three years of Cabinet Industry knowledge
- Installation background is a MUST
- Excellent communications skills – ability to be clearly understood on phone as well as clear concise written communication.
- Excellent multi-tasker.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively represent Century Cabinets with our customers & subcontractors.
- Knowledge of Smartsheet’s and Quick Books helpful.
- Prior experience with online builder supply portals (i.e., Supply Pro) helpful.
- Must be able to pass an MVR
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Travel:
Metro Atlanta travel will be required for this position (>75%)
