Position Summary/Objective:
Century Cabinets, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative with Construction experience. The ideal candidate will act as liaison between Century Cabinets and builders/superintendents/sub-contractors to assure excellent completion of all orders.
Essential Functions:
- Act as Liaison to Customers (Field Personnel/Superintendents/Sub-Contractors)
- Schedule Homeowner Warranty and Service work as required.
- Schedule Drops/Installation of countertops with partner fabricators
- Assist with any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- Three years of Cabinet Industry knowledge
- Purchasing/Receiving experience
- Excellent communications skills – ability to be clearly understood on phone as well as clear concise written communication.
- Excellent multi-talker
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively represent Century Cabinets with our customers & subcontractors.
- Knowledge of Smartsheet’s and Quick Books helpful
- Prior experience with online builder supply portals (i.e., Supply Pro) helpful
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position.
Travel:
Travel may be required for this position (>75%)
