- Compensation: $200k guarantee base and 32% net production
- CE: $5k CE Stipend
- Facility location is on the main highway, great visibility. Associate will have their own office
- Operatories: 4 operatories, will be building out a 5th
- Technology: CBCT, intraoral scanner, digital x-rays
- Support Staff: highly skilled clinical team consists of 3 dental hygienists and 3 trained Dental Assistants (one of which is expanded functions), along with treatment coordinator to ensure you have the support you need to seamlessly exceed your goals
- Unique/Historic selling points: opened 30 years ago and adding another doctor due to growth, no state aid, in network with Delta Premier, some Cigna, VA. Fee schedules competitive and have been negotiated
