About the Job
Do you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team that creates something people love? We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our cake production team!
As a Cake Production Team Member, you’ll help assemble, ice, finish, and package our signature cakes before they head out to our customers, both here in Alabama and across the country. No cake experience? No problem — we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

What You’ll Do
- Cake Assembly: Build cakes by layering, filling, and prepping them for icing.
- Icing & Finishing: Apply smooth icing and finishes that meet our quality standards.
- Teamwork: Work alongside other production members to meet daily goals.
- Cleanliness: Keep your workstation and tools clean and organized.
- Consistency: Follow instructions carefully to make sure each cake looks great.
- Physical Work: Move ingredients, trays, and finished cakes (up to 50 lbs).
- Food Safety: Follow all sanitation and food-handling procedures.

Requirements
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Previous food service or skilled hand work experience required
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Willing to work additional hours during busy seasons (especially holidays).
