Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Boston, MA, for an Assistant Director of Nursing. Qualifications
- Nursing Management experience with skills in staff supervision and operational oversight
- Expertise in Infection Control practices and protocols
- Strong knowledge of Medicine and Nursing principles
- Experience in Long-term Care and geriatric care services
- Current Nurse (RN or LPN) license within the state of Massachusetts
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to foster teamwork and encourage professional growth among staff
- Previous experience in a healthcare or nursing leadership role is preferred
