This person will play an integral role in driving EDG’s continued growth. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key support role in the day-to-day execution of EDG’s marketing strategy. This task-focused position is ideal for someone early in their career who’s detail-oriented, curious, and excited to learn in a collaborative, design-forward environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Management: Assist with updating and maintaining company websites, including portfolio project pages and bios.
- Collateral & Design Support: Help produce marketing materials such as presentations, and case studies.
- Social Media & Email Marketing: support social media and email marketing campaigns.
- Content Gathering & Organization: Help organize photos, videos, and other content assets; support light editing or post-production tasks.
- Proposal Support: Assist in compiling RFP responses and tracking submissions under the guidance of the marketing team.
- Marketing Reporting: Pull and compile metrics from email campaigns, website traffic, and social media performance into digestible reports.
- General Support: Help with day-to-day admin tasks, printing, file management, and meeting coordination for the marketing team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 2-4 years of proven working experience in marketing
- A keen eye for photography/graphic design
- High attention to detail with a current sense of visual trends and engaging storytelling
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop as well as digital marketing platforms such as Later.com, Squarespace, Mailchimp, or similar
- Knowledge of website, reporting, and marketing analytics tools
- Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge and/or curiosity for using AI to streamline processes
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Interest in architecture, design, and the built environment.
- Self-starter with an eagerness to learn and grow
