The IT Process and Asset Specialist is responsible for coordinating IT asset management, user
access provisioning, and operational support across departments and subcontractors. This role
ensures adherence to internal policies and procedures while promoting a collaborative and

Duties And Responsibilities (Daily And Monthly)
- Build and maintain professional relationships with coworkers, management, clients, and subcontractors.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and transfer processes, including credentialing, system access, and equipment provisioning.
- Coordinate with departments (BPO, Edfinancial, Edamerica, Medfinancial) to process new hire and separation requests, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are completed.
- Track and analyze trends in personnel changes; generate reports on new hires, exits, and clearance processing.
- Oversee IT asset lifecycle: acquisition, deployment, inventory, recovery, and disposal in compliance with company policies in ServiceNow.
- Maintain stockroom inventory, place equipment orders, and coordinate shipping to remote employees and offices.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and produce asset utilization and compliance reports.
- Support internal control procedures and assist in evaluating and improving IT operational policies.
- Collaborate with IT management and subcontractors to maintain hardware inventory and initiate equipment repairs.
- Perform quarterly credential recertifications and sponsor PIV-I card requests as needed.
- Execute additional tasks and projects as assigned by IT leadership.
