Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, load, unload, and organize inventory safely and efficiently
- Manage warehouse distribution tasks including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and stock replenishment
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with attention to accuracy and packaging standards
- Support e-commerce order picking & packing processes to meet fast-paced delivery timelines
- Assist with load & unload activities ensuring proper handling of goods and adherence to safety protocols
Skills
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with order picking & packing techniques
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order processing
- Skilled in using RF scanners for accurate order picking and inventory updates
- Good physical stamina for standing, lifting up to 50LBS, bending, and moving throughout shifts
