Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the regional office, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients and families
- Recruit, hire, and train a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality services
- Develop and implement regional goals and objectives, aligning with the company's overall strategy
- Provide clinical leadership and support to staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with families to develop personalized treatment plans that meet their unique needs and goals
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes
- Foster strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders to drive growth and development
- Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to promote the company's services and mission
- Part-time to full-time position available
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
