EdenHill is the only nonprofit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in our region. We offer everything Aging Adults need to actively engage in life from fully independent Apartments and Cottages, through end-of-life support in our Nursing neighborhoods. We’re looking for an individual who embodies our mission-driven model and brings Seniors home to EdenHill.
EdenHill is fully renovating and expanding our Assisted Living and Memory Care and upgrading our Long-Term Nursing neighborhood. We are inviting an experienced Business Development Associate to join us. The ideal candidate will enthusiastically help keep our Assisted Living, Memory Care and Long-term Nursing areas full and thriving!
Essential Responsibilities Include:
- Generating referrals from hospitals’ Social Services / Case Management / Discharge Planning Departments; physicians and other referrals sources
- Making sales / marketing calls to referral sources for the EdenHill campus to gather information and learn their needs
- Incorporating sales presentations to communicate benefits of our services / programs that meet the needs of referral sources
- Partnering with the Marketing team to meet census goals for all EdenHill service lines
- Completing rounds in designated hospitals and other identified referral sources, following up on referrals, obtaining new referrals and assessing patients
- Providing tours of our Nursing and Rehab neighborhoods: May offer tours in Assisted Living and Memory Care Neighborhoods as needed
- Responding to telephone and web inquiries for EdenHill living options
- Building a wait list for prospective residents
- Assisting in maintaining showrooms to use during the sales process
- Attending sales functions, networking and community events as needed
- Serves as back up to our Admissions Coordinator
- Takes call one weekend / month
Required Skills include:
- Senior Living Sales experience
- Experience with CCRC’s preferred
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Compassionate, ethical commitment to enriching Seniors’ lives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
