A Day in the Life:
- Possesses the knowledge or has the ability to monitor resident vital signs and report variances or changes to the licensed nurse.
- Able to understand and follow each residents service plan and provide assistance as required.
- Promotes communication between community team members and the resident for preferences, change in medical conditions, and other health related instances.
- Support resident well-being with compassion, patience, and respect

- Edencrest at Legacy - Norwalk, Iowa
- Edencrest at Riverwoods - Des Moines, Iowa
Current Opportunities:
Part-Time - Days, 7am-3pm, Evenings, 3pm-11pm
Full-Time - Days, 7am-3pm, Evenings, 3pm-11pm
Requirements for this role:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
