About The Role
Eden Health Clubs is hiring a Medical Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator to support both front desk operations and clinical services in a fast-paced, high-touch wellness environment.
This is a hybrid role for someone who is confident handling guest-facing responsibilities while also supporting clinical services such as blood draws, wellness injections, and overall treatment flow. IV experience is preferred.
We are looking for someone polished, dependable, organized, and comfortable working across both the hospitality and clinical sides of the business.

Compensation at Eden will be determined by skills, experience, and geographic location. Eden has identified the expected annual base salary range for this role:$25-$30 per hour based on experience.

Your Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and create a strong first impression
- Manage check-in, check-out, scheduling, and guest communication
- Answer phones, texts, and front desk inquiries professionally
- Perform blood draws / phlebotomy
- Support wellness injections
- Assist with IV therapy when applicable
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical readiness
- Support providers with intake, room turnover, and guest flow
- Collect payments and assist with daily administrative tasks
- Help maintain a clean, organized, professional environment
What You Bring to Eden
Experience in a medical assistant, wellness, med spa, or similar clinical setting
Confidence performing blood draws
- Experience with wellness injections preferred
- IV therapy experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to balance both front desk and clinical support responsibilities
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Medical assistant certification preferred
- Experience in aesthetics, functional medicine, concierge health, or wellness is a plus
- Experience with scheduling software, EMR/EHR, or POS systems is a plus
- $25–$30/hour based on experience
