Hours: 16 hours per week (2 days per week, 8-hour shifts)

Essential Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing engaging activities that meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, social, and intellectual needs of residents.
- Create opportunities that promote joy, independence, wellness, and meaningful engagement.
- Encourage resident participation through creative and motivating programming.
- Lead and assist with group activities, games, crafts, music, exercise, and special events.
- Provide one-on-one engagement for residents who benefit from individualized activities.
- Help maintain activity calendars, supplies, and activity areas.
- Document resident participation and responses as required.
- Ensure activity spaces remain clean, organized, and safe.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to provide exceptional resident experiences.
- Experience working with seniors.
- Experience preparing and leading activities in a group setting.
- Experience supporting residents with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other memory care needs.
