Position: Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
Edenbrook Omro is a licensed 50‑bed Skilled Nursing Facility, featuring a dedicated 14‑bed secured Memory Care unit.
As the Nursing Home Administrator (NHA), you will have direct access to regional leadership, clinical consultants, and recruiting support, empowering you to focus on what matters most—leading your team, driving quality outcomes, and building a strong culture of care.
Located in Omro, just minutes from Oshkosh and Appleton, this position offers a strong sense of community while remaining close to the conveniences of larger cities.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the facility operates efficiently and in compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, administrative staff, and support personnel.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize operational performance.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of care and service delivery, implementing best practices to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction.
- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.
- Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders to promote the facility's mission and reputation.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth and service expansion.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, promoting a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement quality improvement initiatives, evaluate performance metrics, and drive operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of Wisconsin
- At least 1year of experience as an LNHA
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
