Edenbrook Saint Cloud seeks a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON ) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As the DON, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your leadership, clinical expertise, and strong management skills will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellence in healthcare services.
Position : Director of Nursing (DON)
Qualifications :
- License : Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Minnesota.
- Experience : Proven experience in a skilled nursing home environment with at least one year of successful experience as a Unit Manager, Assistant Director of Nursing, or Director of Nursing (DON).
- Knowledge : Familiarity with federal and state survey processes.
- Industry Background : Work history in the long-term care industry.
- Certification : Wound Care Certification (preferred, but not required).
