Edenbrook Saint Cloud is a skilled nursing facility located in Saint Cloud, Minnesota, a part of the Eden Senior Care network. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Dietary Director to join our team and contribute to the health and happiness of our residents.
Position: Dietary Director
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain nutritious menus for residents, with an understanding of clinical aspects related to food in the Skilled Nursing environment
- Manage staff in the kitchen environment
- Schedule staff for proper service to residents in a timely fashion
- Ordering kitchen supplies as needed
- Oversee and ensure the cleanness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas
Job Requirements:
- Customer service orientated
- Certified as a Dietary Manager preferred
- Experienced in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
- Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
